AN: Before you even ask... yes, he does go there.
Rose had been rather kindly minding her own business wearing just running amok in the Doctor's shirt, tie, socks, and a pair of boxers she actually had to locate in the wardrobe room... not to mention a pair of sunglasses she found in the deepest depths of his coat pocket.
She was very amused to discover the TARDIS was not the only thing the Doctor had that was much bigger on the inside, and she was fairly certain that if she had kept digging through the pockets she would have eventually pulled out a bazooka or something. That is, if it would have fit through the actual entry into the pocket.
She was happily going through a fifth attempt at the infamous Risky Business scene set to 'Taking Care of Business' in a room that consisted of nothing but various mirrors from different places and times (including one that gave cat calls). She had done it numerous times, not because it was fun, but because it was funny watching the Doctor's body go through it and she would burst into hysterics half way through it each time. The only thing she could think of that could make it look even more amusing was if it were her first Doctor's body instead of the one she was in. And when that thought hit there was no stopping the resulting giggle-fest Rose went into.
Since she was unable to stop giggling, Rose retired the dancing around in the Doctor's body and retreated to the kitchen. It was there she discovered the exact reason why the Doctor had such a love for tasting things in his new body. She never really believed in the idea that taste buds varied person to person, just that some people were a little bit more thick than others when it came to how foods tasted.
But by time Rose had barreled through three different flavours of ice cream, various syrups, jams, marmalades, and one of those bears full of honey, Rose moved on to more interesting things like the wall and her temporary hand (which didn't taste too different from the honey). Each little thing was like a miniature explosion of flavour in her mouth. She had almost exhausted herself and was laying in the kitchen floor, sucking the fingers clean of three different flavours of sugar when she heard it...
Her normal voice screaming out loudly, "Oh sweet mother of Chaos!"
Rose sat up and let the fingers drop out of her mouth and cocked an eyebrow. "Doctor?" she called. She clumsily climbed to her feet and went out into the corridor. "Doctor?" She looked down the corridor both ways. "Doctor?"
There was another echoed cry, Rose rushed down the corridor trying to find where exactly the sounds were coming from. When she reached the console room, she heard a noise behind her and turned to see the Doctor staggering out of her bedroom with a silly smile on his face. Oddly enough, Rose instantly knew that smile... she had seen it plenty of times in her mirror when she staggered past it on the way to the bathroom after she had...
"Oh. I. know. you. did. not." Rose growled.
"Humans," the Doctor squeaked, then smiled lazily. "Bloody brilliant, the lot of you."
"Doctor..." Rose said in a warning tone. "What have you been doing with my body?!"
Rose didn't know what to think when her own body teetered up to her. The Doctor reached up and cupped her face and smiled like someone that had been into the drink a bit too much. "I had to make sure it wasn't too sonic... you know. And then it wasn't sonic enough so I had to keep trying until it was perfect!" With that the Doctor yanked Rose's face down and gave her a big sloppy kiss.
Rose's arm flailed about and she gave her own body a shove. "Oh that is... IT!" Rose exclaimed. She grabbed the Doctor by the arm and dragged him to the console and pointed to it. "Take us somewhere this can be fixed! Right this instant!"
"I can't."
"What do you mean you can't!"
"Remember how I told you earlier the TARDIS was not moving from this very spot?"
"Yyyyeeesss?" Rose said slowly. She watched the Doctor expectantly, but he apparently became distracted with making her body lick her lips. A stomp of the foot regained the attention of the Doctor.
"Well, the TARDIS is powered by my clever, vast knowledge... which is currently trapped in your body," the Doctor explained. "But, it also requires a Time Lord brain inside of a Time Lord body. It's that little cocktail that makes piloting the TARDIS an ability. And if you think I'm lying, look in the TARDIS' memory banks. There was once a time when a friend stole my TARDIS and she functioned properly -- chameleon circuit and all." The Doctor made a face. "And when I say friend..."
"Doctor!"
The Doctor brought his attention to Rose. "Hmm?" Rose watched as her own eyes racked over her face. "I never realized I was so sexy when angry. How come you never said anything?"
"Doctor," Rose said a little more patiently. "How can we fix this? I want my body back. This is just... too weird."
"We could just ask the locals," the Doctor shrugged. "This happens to them all the time."
Rose felt herself getting angry again. She ended up exploding and yelling at the Doctor for a good ten minutes before grabbing him by her arm and stomping out of the TARDIS, to head toward the city in the distance. She was so angry, in fact, she didn't care they were both just in their under-clothing.
