I really liked this chapter. Again, I know nothing of Nancy Drew, but it makes sense that even Hakuba could miss something she could catch based on differing personalities and perspectives. I also enjoyed the contrast of serious!Kaito with goofy!Kaito. Kaito's description of the murder felt like a flashback without actually becoming one, so thanks for that.
