Ahhh! The expensive Nine Nine DVD that I could never afford. He had lots of special guests. Miyavi too. All I kept thinkting through the whole thing was, Why the big sunglasses? Show me those sexy eyes (cause I had no subtitles when it first came out).

This is one of like... two that I've ever found translated. The other one was his convo with You on the phone. Which is also rather hilarious.
They always wear sunglasses, Versailles too. And I hate it!

Me? I was dead in a ditch somewhere. But here I am. To tell you Kamijo only used the name Shoki for like two years ('96 - '96) before anything... major happened. Since then he's been honest

I can't be bothered to watch the video again because... it's so long & hard to find the amusing parts. D: I remember the name part though. It was like Gackt just assumed he used a stage name because 99% of visual kei artists do. And Kamijo's just like "...My name is Kamijo."

The VERJAPANSAILLES thing is pretty funny too. D: Not sure if you know this, but when X JAPAN went to debut in America their band name was 'X'. The same thing that happened to Versailles happened with them first, so that's why they became X JAPAN. I'm glad Kamijo decided not to take Gackt's advice there.

I am glad that you have returned from said ditch. I missed you :)
I knew he hadn't used the name for very long, otherwise more people would know about it, and I get the feeling that lots of people are relatively clueless regarding it anyway.

I would assume you've seen this enough times, so you don't have to. I pretty much had this video memorized anyway. My favorites are when they are talking about the name and when Gackt tells the story about how everyone was fighting to take Kamijo's clothes off after his band lost at UNO.
I don't blame him for assuming, it makes sense. But I definitely like Kamijo more than Shoki. And for some reason the name alone sounds more grown up, so...

Actually, I recall reading this somewhere! And then totally forgot since then, lol. I had a feeling that this/similar things have happened because when Kamijo told Gackt the story his first reaction was "That's America"... I'm embarrassed :(

I seem to recall that Mana was not a part of the attempt to strip Kamijo naked. What a bore he is. :(
Shoki is a horrible name. I'm SO glad he saw sense & dropped it, because I adore the name Kamijo. It's... perfect. D: /bias.

Oho! Well.....at least Kamijo didn't join in the bashing & say something like "Yeah, those Americans are such douches!" He was... calm & collected about it.

Really? I don't know much about him, but I'm still surprised he wasn't playing UNO with everyone. You know, considering the stakes.
Shoki is horrible. Kamijo is really befitting of him, and... well, it's his name. It's good that he can take pride in it and not try to run around with ridiculous aliases all the time.

He didn't have to say it. Years later and uh... where the hell are they? I'm really hoping that that's not really the reason why they still haven't come back here. It would be really stupid, considering they changed their name in the first damn place so that they could work out here :(
