Not that it is that messy, anyhow. The medicine, for example, is in perfect condition. But then, that would make sense, considering. Kaworu has been far more careful lately and it is most likely due to the sudden presence of his sister and her medical needs as well.
Honestly, it leaves Miharu impressed every time he encounters some sort of evidence of it.
"It hurts but I doubt it is anything that bad. It hurt far more when I hurt my hand."
That was a good specification on its own, considering.
