You're an amazing artist, do you know that? Ah, I'm truly honored to appear in your drawings!

Wouldn't be drawing if I didn't think I was amazing at it!

Think of it as thank-you for the invitation to see the shrine.

You are by far too kind.

So, how early did you get up to prepare the shrine for everyone? Cuz that place was sparkling!

If you were there, I'd have drawn one for you, too.

O-Oh my! To think that you would paint my portrait... This is quite unexpected.

So, you didn't suspect a thing? [He is so happy that he surprised a detective.] I drew it while you weren't lookin'. [From memory, he means.]

No, not at all! Then again, it does appear that you caught me from behind. Very sneaky!

It's still amazing how one so small can paint so quickly and precisely. A sheet of parchment must be the size of a mural for you, right? Isn't it difficult to work with a canvas that large?

Oi, the sheet's not that much bigger than me! [LIES.]

But it's not that hard. I can jump pretty high, so each stroke is added each time I'm coming down from the leap.

Looking at that picture of Ryudo-kun is a little nostalgic. He looks like a younger version of our local monk.

So you're able to ride in a girl's cap?

All monks have to have somethin' in common, right?

More like on it. She was kind enough to worldhop me to the shrine.

I didn't think so many had purple hair in that particular style, with eyeglasses, though.

It sounds like you're already familiar with Tanabata. What was it like doing it someplace else?

That's a pretty strange coincidence.

People hung wishes on bamboo trees just like where I'm from. The biggest difference was that people considered dressing in yukata a part of the festivities.
