about your computer not charging, you probably know, but you probably either need a new battery (mine wasn't holding the charge anymore and i found out it was because it was pretty much dead now) or maybe something is bad in the connection between your computer and the AC adapter. Good luck fixing it though! shouldn't be too hard.
yeah, i figured that it was one of the two. but i don't like to face reality when it comes to possibly spending a large amount of money in repairs or replacements...who would i talk to about it?
you could try the help desk in smith. they might know. otherwise I just called different computer stores in the area and spoke to their repair centers when my computer broke. Best buy has the Geek squad that you can talk to. just tell them what's going on, and they might now what it is.
