Summary: Shinya was thrown on the streets; force to live with is best friend. He needed help but didn’t know where to turn to for help. Luckily he didn’t have to go far to find his knight in shinnying armor but will he regret his decision and go back to the one person who manage to ruin his life in only one day?

Notes: This chapter was really short too but I wanted to explain everything in chapter six.
Chapter five
“Die who is this other person? I need to know.” said Shinya
“It’s not really my place to tell you. Kyo is going to see him in the morning. Just don’t worry about it, you have me now.”
Shinya sat there with a worried look on his face, not really paying Die any attention until he laid him down on the bed and wrapped his arm back around him.
“C’mon, let’s go to sleep.”
~Shinya’s POV~
I couldn’t sleep though; I had to talk to Kyo. After I was sure that Die had fallen asleep I snuck out into the hallway with my cell phone and dialed his number. After about the fifth ring his groggy agitated voice was heard.
“What, dammit.”
“Kyo, it’s me, Shinya.”
“Yea kind of figured that much. Why the hell are you calling me at 4 o’clock in the morning for?”
“Die, told me that you got someone else pregnant. Who is it?” I said softly but slightly hurt.
Kyo was very quiet before he chose to speak again. “Shinya, it’s not any of your business so just leave it alone and go back to bed.”
“It is Kyo.” His voice slightly cracking. “Is he the real reason why you left me? Is he why you won’t help me raise this baby?” I said my voice shaky.
“Shinya…..”
“It is, isn’t it?” I said sniffling, surprisingly calm.
“No. I love him.”
Those three words stabbed me in the heart, dripping with the deadliest poison. All I could do was cry. He loved him, how could he say that after all those years with me? All those nights with me and he was thinking about someone else.
“Shinya please understand-“
“Understand what Kyo?! You cheated on me and to make matters worst you got him pregnant. How long have you known him?
There was a loud sigh and what sounded like ‘I’m gonna cut Die’s dick off.’Who was is to tell Shinya about is lover and child."
“We’ve been seeing each other since high school. Before we dated” He stated quietly.
“And you didn’t tell him that you were seeing someone?” my voice becoming calm. I had to keep it together and it was starting to throw Kyo off. Wasn’t I suppose to be mad at him?
“I did, but I told him that I wasn’t in love with him anymore. He told me that I should be with the person that I love and that person was him.” I’m sure he thought I was gonna rag on him now but I didn’t
The line was dead silent; the only noise was our breathing on the phone.
“Shinya? Say something.”
“I don’t know what to say. I want to be angry at you but I can’t.”
Another pause.
“Die told me that you were going to see him tomorrow, can I come?”
Now Kyo was really confused. Why would I want to see him? I should naturally hate this person shouldn’t I?
“Yeah Shin, you can come. I’ll pick you up at 10 o’clock. He lives in Hiroshima so bring snacks.
~End POV~
He hummed his response and hung up the phone. He went back in his room and found Die still in the same spot sleeping peaceful. He put him phone on his nightstand and climbed back in bed. He turned to face Die and stroked his cheek and kissed his lips. “Thank you Die.” He said before snuggling up to him and falling asleep, anxious to know who this mystery person was.
~Die POV~
I felt Shinya get out of the bed but kept my eyes close. He must have thought I was sleep. After I knew he was gone I walked to the door to sorta ease dropped on him. I could tell his was gonna call Kyo and I was right. Why did he care about Kyo’s lover so much? Did I not promise him that I would take care of him and the baby? I was surprised he didn’t start to yell at Kyo. It seemed to me that Kyo was telling him everything so why was he being so calm about it? I sure as hell would be yelling if I found out my lover got someone else pregnant. So why doesn’t Shinya hate Kyo? Does he plan on going back to Kyo? Will he really leave and forget about me so easily? I won’t let that happen. Shinya has been through so much already and I won’t let him get hurt again. Then I heard him hang up the phone so I quickly tiptoed back to the bed getting back in the same position I was I before he left so that he wouldn’t suspect anything. I could feel his breath on my face as he caressed my cheek and kissed me. I wanted to kiss him back so bad it hurt and if he didn’t stop I would have lost it. He really slipped up after he got closer and I swear he could hear my heart beating five times faster. He must have been really tired because after that he was out like a light. I very slowly got out of bed with minimum creaking from the bed and walked to the bathroom. I was having a rather big problem I had to deal with and I don’t think he would appreciate being poked out of his sleep. Damn this is frustrating! I want Shinya so bad but I don’t think he is ready for another intimate relationship just yet, if not ever. Damn Kyo and his bastard ways. Besides he probably won’t feel like it being pregnant and all. Double dammit!
