The brief is co-sponsored by my church's regional and national associations. And after reading it, I am so proud of my church. I know many of my friends are non-religious,

I often feel like being Gay and being religious is a bigger contradiction in the gay community than the religious community. So when I talk about gay rights and religion at the same time I always feel on the defensive.
