Bigot.

It doesn't lend itself well to nounization, but discriminatory works. But a discriminator is more likely to make people think of electronic circuits than people.

Discriminator is maybe less accusatory than bigot, but maybe bigots deserve to be accused of bigotry.

I think bigot works just fine.... and most people don't have to look it up.
