Your mom needs help if she doesn't "remember that" OMG and I thought my mom was bad. I guess next time she write a note like that don't believe it...easier said than done I know, but it might help? Are you seeing any counselors? If you are maybe you should take the notes to them and get to the bottom of why your mom is writing these notes to you b/c its not helping you any at all.
