Spencer Reid was odd.

There was no point in denying it. Morgan didn’t think he ever had denied it. But he never said it was a bad thing. It was the kid’s little quirks and eccentricities that had all the women cooing over how adorable he was and putting on a mother hen act that always seemed to bewilder Spencer.

This is just...wow! Sorry but I just can't come up with more at the moment, since I'm feeling a bit stunned at the eloquent, rich and stunning simplicity of this piece. (Can simplicity be referred to as rich and eloquent? Well never mind if it's a pair of misnomers, it just fits the feelings this evoked.)

Trust me, the praise is more than deserved. The progression felt very real, as though you channeled the thoughts of living person rather than a fictional character. Bravo, job very well done!

Thanks, I'm really glad that you enjoyed reading it. And it's fantastic to have any story of mine called beautiful! And odd, for that matter! I started out writing it and it just took on this really weird tone, but I thought it suited the topic! I'm glad that you think so to.
