Okay so, I'm pretty much completely moved in to my apartment, and, having grown up with only a mother, sister and a not overly masculine father, living with two 23-year-old guys is definitely something that might take getting used to. I get teased about my girly music and teacup collection a lot, but I'm trying not to take it too personally.

Yeah, um...tell me about it. >:( I'm not going to name names and risk your journal turning into a nasty flamewar over it, but I have never seen so much vitriol and hatred and intolerance on ALL sides of the Z/K fandom as I've seen lately. Frankly, it disgusts me.
Zutara doesn't even have the same appeal to me that it did once. I still prefer it over the canon ships, but it's all just become a little bland to me now. It was a good run, but I think maybe it's time to move on a little bit. I'll still hang around the fandom comms, but I don't know if I'll be doing any more fanart from now on.
I'm *really* sorry to hear that, because I love your fanart and was hoping I'd see more someday!
PS....congrats on your impending graduation!! I know I was so relieved to finally be done. It's an impressive milestone, for sure. :)

I know right?!? I wanted to put on Amelie, which is my favorite movie, and he was like "Ugh a girl movie". I was most displeased, because it's more than just a girl movie, it's a freakin' awesome movie! Jean-Pierre Jeunet is a fabulous director; City of Lost Children and A Very Long Engagement are two more awesome movies he did, and to have Amelie simply labeled "a girl movie" in such an impartial way really ruffled my feathers to say the least. But if he wants to miss out, his loss. So nya nya. LOL
Thanks! :D
