myfitnesspal.com, walking (4 nights a week with the dog for an hour), running (3 days a week, one day with a group, working on 10K training) and yoga when I have the time! lol
No secret really, eating much better, tons of water and some sort of exercise every night...even in the stupid rain!

Its slow going and I have to look at my wedding pictures (so sad) to see how far I've come :)
