I love the cropping on 8. Not so keen on the duplicating the picture and shrinking it thing, but it can be a good thing like on 41 and 12.

Thankyou. Yeah, well the box technique is a very popular one, so hey, I followed the trend. It's peer pressure. =P I happen to like the effect it's got on the icon though. But I do think that I might be overusing that effect. =P Thanks for the comments.
