SoulxMaka: The casual Soul Eater cosplay shoot!
We were originally supposed to shoot at Urdaneta Park, buuuuut complications came so we went to the Valle Verde 5 park instead. I had a feeling something would happen with the venue, much like last time -- our first cosplay shoot, which was supposed to be at Paco Park but we had to go to Intramuros instead. HARHAR WILL OUR COSPLAY SHOOTS FOREVER BE DOOMED FOR FAILURE? I HOPE NOT! *knocks on wood*
Terry using the reflector for shade. I had wanted to shoot in the morning, maybe at around 9-10am to avoid the ugly shadows the sun gives at midday. Unfortunately, SINCE WE ALWAYS SEEM TO FAIL IN THE END ANYWAY, we ended up shooting at around 12-1pm. But that's okay. That's what reflectors are for, haha!
We had the awesome Daryll Patco to assist us that day. Thanks again, Patco!
Here's Maronne, who's back on LJ for the time being.
Those cookies make look cute, but we weren't actually sure if they were still edible (read: they might've been expired or something) Not like that stopped Maronne anyway OHOHOHO~ (although Terry and I did take a cookie or two...)
Looking back, I don't even know how we had managed to shoot in that monstrous heat.

It's nice to know that people liked our DA submissions and got all *kilig* over them, despite the fail behind the shoot LOL
But our shoots (or maybe just MY shoots, idk) are not shoots without a good amount of failure anyway. *totly remembering that shoot with Jam*

I caught a flare and it gave us a rainbow when I went down to take some pictures of Terry.
I lost it when I got to Maronne though, but here she is anyway looking all ~*~WELCOME TO NATURE desu~*~
You don't need to understand. Really.
I got a lot more shots (like, I don't know, stuff worth submitting/stuff that wasn't crappy) this time around more than our first cosplay shoot. Perhaps I've improved since last year? I'd sure like to think so, but what do you think? THEN AGAIN, I HAD A HANGOVER DURING THAT COSPLAY SHOOT. SO UH. INVALID QUESTION HAHAHAHA
Suddenly, flowers! We took a short break under the shade since we were getting a bit worn out from the heat.
I took those two shots separately but they had incidentally posed the same way.
So here they are together, sharing Patco's melting ice cream!
We threw out the wafers and cookies after the shoot, by the way, since we had left them under the sun and with the grass while we went to other areas to photograph. Plus, those cookies weren't safe either. And yes, we are aware that they are not made out of paper cartons.
And here we are at the last set of the shoot, which was the lollipop set!
I've made it a point to take a picture with the team -- or at least with the model/s -- after every shoot. Been doing so since October of last year. (Been shooting in my pajamas since that time too HAHAHAHAHAHA what can I say, shooting in your pajamas is the way to go \m/ LOLOLOL)
Thanks again you guys for another awesome cosplay shoot! Or just another shoot in general, since y'all know that shoots are bonding moments for us. That, and well it's also during shoots do we conceive inside jokes HAHA
