So, we found a local group (small, but friendly) to ride with. they average in the 17-18 range, and have a 20, 25, and 30 mile loop along the beach and state park. They ride twice a week and maintain a good steady pace. Shannon, Debbie and I rode with them this afternoon, and had a blast. I did a 20 mile run with a 17 average, 26.5 top speed,
