How far'd you get? I' only ever made it to the northend once, but that was with a case of Pil on the handlebars. And it was raining out. Hey, anyhow, just given 'er bud.

Biking to the north end of the city with a cube of pil a-la deaner style is pretty good. When I'd cycle in the summer I'd head out west towards moosejaw and, time permitting, would usually go past the weigh stations to that little town... whatever it's called (let me check google maps)... a, Belle Plaine. Yes.

Today was just a spinning class indoors and it killed me. Must attempt again tomorrow!

Well I ain't got no brakes, eh. Just gotta drop the old high top and skid to a stop when I wanna see my buds. Nothing finer than wheelin' around on a hot summers day with the coif short in the front, party in the back taking in some serious rays. Couple Pil don't hurt neither.

Do you need your own bike for that class or what?

nope, you don't need your own bike, the have a number of spin bikes there, complete with clip/clipless pedals. It's a hell of a work out - really hard. I was not exaggerating when I said I almost puked.

Ever heard of the power drink maker? His name is Kieran, accept his existence. And he will definately make you puke. God this joke is elementary. Well, from my elementary years...
