It's a song by Dar Williams--if you'd like, definitely give her a listen! This song, called 'The Christians and the Pagans' is one of my favourites, especially for the holiday season. She has some wonderful songs.

Thank you for the friending! Sorry for not sending along a message (warning :B) first!

Not commenting so much as wanting to point you to this...

I know you're interested in science, especially biology, although I'm not sure if you're interested so much in this, but anyway...

I was on the MIT OpenCourseWare pages today and noticed this:

Thank you for pointing to that! I wish I could have attended, it sounds fascinating! Unfortunately it's a little difficult to get into Boston. I should start looking to see if universities in Providence - like Brown - have any public lectures I'd like to attend. Especially since I'll be moving to Providence in the near-ish future.

I'm sorry you're no longer in an area with public talks! I didn't take advantage of them when I was at university. I only went to a few in my final year and that was it. I comforted myself by knowing that many of the talks were given by lecturers I was seeing and learning from on a weekly basis, though. (:

Thanks again!

Alright, it's all done and I had to use the quill anyway when the pen ran out (wouldn't it just, though?) so it's a right mess of not-at-desk quillery there at the end, but the real trick will be getting it up here. I'll play around with it.
