Busy day. Busy couple of days in fact. All centred around exercise of course. Exercise is now my life. It's about all I have energy for. Swimming on Monday, walking Tuesday, swimming today plus therapy and a hospital appointment, pilates tomorrow and then swimming again on Friday. I hope your regime works, but dont use all your energy up on it!
Bendies have limited energy. Unlike most ppl trying to build up or lose weight, we cant just increase reps. There will be a tradeoff position, where a balance is struck between reps to build up, and not doing too much to wear ourselves out. I hope you find that balance easily and that it allows for enough reps to be constructive.
