Eighty-Third Case.
It has come to my attention that many students have been taking advantage of their privilege to learn. While we encourage you to gain knowledge at a speed which is most comfortable for you, your safety is of the utmost importance. Therefore, Mr. Winchester and I have decided to revoke the privilege to practice potions outside of class. From now on, all experiments must be run and all theories tested under the supervision of the Potions Staff. Each experiment must also be approved. We wouldn't want any accidents or rouge potions about the school.
In order to assure there will be no.. sneaking around, I've sent my assistant to the nearby apothecaries with specific instructions not to sell any potions off the approved school list to students under any circumstances. Anyone caught breaking these rules will be removed from the Potions class. So, if you're in need of an OWL or NEWT for your future career, I would suggest keeping yourselves in line.
