I just finished making coconut pudding. It's rather lumpy from the coconut milk, flour, and sugar combining, and from me mixing it with a fork rather than a whisk...but it's really nice anyway. It's a lovely dessert because it's only mildly sweet and I absolutely love coconut, so it's perfect for me ( Read more... )
