I think I got the glue to work on my barrettes. I used sandpaper on them and scratched them up a bit. At least they appeared scratched when you looked at them; they still felt smooth to the touch. But, I put the glue on the back of the star, put the barrette on, and then added a bit more glue on top of that for good measure...

We're watching the same drama. I'm not as far but I like ToGetHer too! I enjoy Rainie's dramas for the most part but this one is definitely a step up from her last role as a fun-loving, immature accessories shop owner with the weirdest sense of fashion. It was the voice she put on for the character that was annoying (when I saw it in sound). >.> High-pitched, squeaky, and...weird. Thank goodness that's over!

I'm hoping it continues to work. I put it through some stress tests yesterday: opening and closing the barrette a bunch, wearing it around, etc. It hasn't broken YET so I'm feeling pretty good about it.
The Yoko skull is going to be on a bigger clip-style barrette so I don't think I'll have an issue with the barrette inverting when opened like with this one. The wings I'll put on giant, thick bobby pins. Again... hopefully it works.
YAY! Now we can squee about it together like with BOF (which I'm having to force myself to watch recently. I think I'm just in it for Ga Eul and Yi Jung at this point. Though I love Ji Hoo).
Mars cracks me up so bad. I love his engrish. It gets me every time.
