A.) [Action: Around the town. Sasaki is currently droned. She hasn't actually been droned before, but she's been like this for a couple weeks. That depends on what you mean by ordinary, right? You could say I'm ordinary in the sense that I'm an expected part of my world, or that because of what I am I reflect the ordinary of my people at least a bit, but if you define a base human as ordinary then I'm not.

Are you alright, Miss Sasaki? You seem distracted.

My definition of ordinary at the moment is if the average denizen -- or if you prefer more specificity, ...a simple random sample of citizens-- would fit into... I'm sorry, if you would not be an outlier in such a group. In terms of powers, perhaps; or in terms of social capital, talents, et cetera...

Yes. Maybe I am. I seem to have just recovered from a droning.

Oh, well I suppose I can't say welcome back, but...

I think normal depends on your perspective. Can you say anyone here is normal for this world? Even a regular person brought to Mayfield shouldn't be here.

Not normal for this world, which indeed we have no way of ascertaining -- unless it means a drone -- but normal for their own world.

I'm normal in my world--well, I mean I'm supposed to be there, and there's a fairly large number of us. But if you were to compare me to the number of humans, I guess you couldn't call me normal then.
