I love me some Karen O! For Pride, Em'ma Gawd! and Anna Rexia did a rockin' performance art lip sync, featuring The Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Since I was mooning over someone, it infused Anna's performance. She beat the tar out of a big blow up doll (male) and the stage, as the two performed 'I Gotta Man who makes me wanna kill!' We figured we'd give the community something to REALLY be prideful about, and trust me, we'll NEVER be invited back! We met a lot of teen and tween kids from Lynnwood who loved us and said I looked just like Karen O. Em'ma jumped up and down on 8 inch heels and Anna fell down with the doll a few times! Our next YYY song will be that 'I am working on a piece that speaks of sex and desperation' from their EP. Stay tuned for details!
