So, while at work this week, wearing my favorite pair of worn jeans, i squatted down to put something on a shelf and heard the awful "RRRIIIIIIP!" that informs you that your favorite article of clothing has bitten the dust. :/
So, my question to all of you: what types of crafts can you do with jeans? :) I've seen some cool quilts and i think even doormats before. But i'm open to all sorts of ideas! I have some other old pairs that i could cut up too. (Ahem, my "skinny" jeans. Meh.)
ETA: If i go the quilt route, it'd be some sort of patchwork type. Do you vote for keeping the edges of the squares underneath and tidy, or sewing on top so the edges will be frayed? I'm actually thinking it would look cool to have most of the edging neat but a few squares here and there frayed... Opinions?
