I such sensitive skin that I can't use my 380 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets because I feel a scratchiness noone else notices. Even average to above average wool gives me hives and a rash if it so much as thinks about touching my skin ( Read more... )

You could wear a jersey cotton long-sleeve shirt under it maybe?

The scarves I have used to be annoyingly scratchy when I first wore them, and over time I just got used to/developed resistance to them. Same thing with my sweaters. It's called sensory adaptation, and it's the reason why normal clothes do not bother us, such that we don't even notice them.
