This is my first post to crafty_tardis although I've been watching for a while. Er. In a non-stalker way.

Anyway. I thought maybe it was about time I started posting some stuff!

Pics of miscellaneous Who Themed Things after the cut.. )

I too love the sparkly daleks. Is that a combination of fabric paint and a bedazzler?

Great job on all those creations, which reminds me I need to get cranking on my pending creations.

Would you mind if I steal you icon? (Being the academic type, I will be certain to credit it to you.)

Thank you muchly :D I didn't know what a Bedazzler ws so I googled and now I'm all *GOSH* and thinking about other sparkly things I could make with one of those! (Mine are boring old sequins sewed on to the T-shirt I'm afraid)

That ruler might be made of pure win. Is it a special thing with a space in the back for a cross stitched pattern, or what? I also really love how you've simplified the Daleks to their basic lines, that is awesome. I also bookmarked that page for the journals, but the video doesn't seem to be working. It might just be this connection, but *le shrug*.

Going to put the pattern for that ten doctors ruler up?

I can do! I need to make a few changes to it that I made as I was sewing it, but as soon as I've got them matching I'll post it. Do I do that in a new post or do I put it in here?

Oh and I forgot to say, yes the ruler is a framecraft one that has a recess for a cross stitch in the middle. The one I got had a pattern for a snake in it and came with stitching paper. However the cover that sits on top of the cross stitch does have a slight gap even though I only used 2 strands of thread and kept the back as thin and neat as possible so I think it must be because I used every hole - maybe that made it too thick. It's useable, it just narks me that it's not perfect. You know how it is ;)

This is what I had:

I just have to agree with everyone about the ruler -- it's amazing how well you've captured their facial traits so well with so few 'pixels'! And the sparkly Daleks is a brilliant idea. Thanks for posting this!

Woooooooooo! There you are! See, I said you should post them.

To everyone else: I can proudly say that I am the owner of a Dalek/Tardis notebook just like the one up there (but with a Dalek instead of the Teninch, because that's where my predelictions lie) and it is BEAUTIFULLY made. I also have a sparkly Dalek Christmas decoration of pure genius. Myrtle is fab.

You own the Who-ler too! You just don't have it yet. I think I'm giving up trying to get the top bit to be flat. Maybe I was over reacting a bit about the gap. Praps that's how it is supposed to be. Any road up, it will be coming your way very soon.

Also thanks for saying the nice stuffs about me. I'm all *blush* and also *yey*
