Amy Pond VoV/VatD Scarf pattern help

So, now that we've gotten more views of her scarf, I kinda want to replace mine with a more accurate one (mine is far too narrow). Since scarves aren't really on the market right now, and since I knit, I'm going to just make it myself. We've been having this same discussion on Ravelry's Who Knits - the consensus is that Amy's scarf seems to be the "Frost Flowers" lace pattern, of which you can see a good example in this tank top here. (That link also has a free chart for the Frost Flowers pattern.)

Ohh that does look really really close, I only see a small difference right off the bat... I'll have to look at that. Thanks (and i'm over there.. i really should have looked in the who knits area. -facepalm-)

I like pattern 2, but is there anyway since you said you didn't like the diamonds, to make the diamond shapes round at the points? Amy's scarf kind of looks like it has the diamond pattern but they aren't a diamond, it's a bit rounded off around it.

Does that make sense?

Do you have any names/links for your three pattern options so far? - they all look nice and people might like to use them if they can identify them

That stitch pattern is in one of the Barbara Walker treasuries (the 2nd one?) under the name 'Frost Flowers". :) It's one of my favorite patterns!
