Best I can do is offer you a big Seal of Rassilon, perhaps someone more familiar with needlepoint than I can make a chart.

I haven't seen a chart, myself, but I have seen some neat programs that might help you out: http://www.pcstitch.com/Download/Download.aspx
PCStitch, mostly free program, not sure if it works on Macs.
Then there's also knitPro, where you upload the image and it superimposes a chart over it. It would probably work decently for a two color image like the Seal.

And here are instructions for a more DIY approach in photoshop: http://members.tripod.com/~ltsmith/pshop/cs1.html

Hope it helps! And I do see what you mean about converting size...after a quick trip with Google, I only found a 40x40 one....*shudders* The /work/ that would have to go into converting that.

i am currently working on a cross-stitch that is not really a pattern. what i do is open it up in photoshop and then overlay the grid on top of it. you can change the size of the grid to better fit whichever picture. i mad my grid 1 pixel big... meaning my project is 3 feet tall. oh well, if i ever finish it, it will look awesome.

I'm going to use the 40x40 chart to cross-stitch a seal on a baby bib for my future (due in March 2009) grand-child.

Meredee has a wonderful "Doily of Rassilon" chart: http://community.livejournal.com/crafty_tardis/40397.html#cutid1

I used it as a crochet pattern for a bag and it worked out wonderfully, and it could probably be converted into a cross stitch pattern quite easily. The link to the actual chart's just down the page a bit.

Hope this helps!
