Awhile back, a very dear friend gave me bins and bins full of fabrics and Christmas craft items. Since I have a very good sewing machine and like sewing I figured I would start making some things from the fabrics. I made a table runner for another girlfriend for her birthday and today I went down to the basement and looked through the fabrics

Sewing isn't that hard. There are instruction books you can buy and also you might be able to take a basic course for sewing at your community college or Senior's centre. It is a fun pastime that is very rewarding. Start small and you'll be surprised how well you can do.

Thanks. I like that it is washable too, so any spills can be easily taken care of.

Did you have to use something to reinforce the bottom?

Thanks. No, no reinforcement. The casserole dish itself keeps the carrier flat. And with it four thicknesses thick, I don't think you'd have to worry about tearing.

Yes, for sure, it's great for anyone who does potlucks, or likes taking things to other people's homes to help with the meal.
