What about a silicone rolling/chopping mat? They sell them at most of the cooking type stores.

You could try looking at Michael's in the cake decorating aisle, because they will sometimes have baking things like silicone baking sheets. If you can't find them there, most cooking stores carry something like that. Silpat would be the brand name thing to look for at cooking stores, but they're usually much more expensive than what you'd probably want for crafting, so I would definitely recommend looking for a cheaper version if you can find one because they usually work about the same for much less money.

Only smaller and I got it at Michaels. It's with the rubber stamping stuff and by Ranger. I want to say it's something like $6.99. Bring a coupon and use it on it. :-)
