CM!!! Love the show. Seems very hard to find good fic, and I have spent way to much time looking. I think the writing on the show itself is so good that it is hard for the enthusiastic amateur to keep up. There are a few though, I can't wait to see what you decide to show us.

I think it's tough, because in addition to the show being really good, it's all about things that people aren't necessarily familiar with - police work, psychological factors, etc.

When I fell in love with the show, I went to bau_fic and started reading from the beginning. There were some awful stories, but also gems.

Great introduction! I only recently discovered CM, but oh I've fallen hard for it. So far I've been somewhat reluctant to look into the fics, so I'll be very much looking forward to your recs! :)

It's daunting, because the fandom isn't as structured as a larger one might be. Finding recommendation lists is impossible, from what I've seen. So you have to read everything to get the good stuff, and there's a lot of bad mixed in.
