This is so perfect, it should be canon. So Rachel.

I enjoyed this fic because I also think that Tina is sacred to perform alone. I hate that Jenna doesn't get to sing more, but I can understand how it fits into her character.

Also, Mike is the best boyfriend ever.

Ahahaha, sometimes I have these crazy moments of "wait, what do you mean that's not canon? IT IS IN MY HEAD" and Rachel singing the morning announcements is one of them! :) She'll take any chance to perform!

I think the writers don't know what to do with her which is a shame. I think she's a really fascinating character but we don't get to see much of her.

AGREED. On tumblr, I have a tag called "mike chang needs to be my boyfriend". :D

Oh yeah, I have moments like that all the time. My headcanon is sometimes too developed.

I totally agree. I want to know more about her parents! In my head, they're total hippies. :P

D'awwwwwwwwww. I would like this to be the canon explanation for why Tina doesn't sing more often. I'm sure it never will be, because that would mean giving Tina an actual storyline (and also giving someone a storyline that's not about a relationship), and god forbid the show actually do that. But a girl can dream, right? :D

I want Tina to get a legit storyline. :| I love her and Mike so much and they never get a A-Plotline which sucks (although they are excellent at stealing moments in the background and generally being adorable). I have so many theories about Tina and Mike. SO MANY.
