I almost didn't click the link, because I'm not SO into crack. But sometimes you've just had the kind of day when you need to read a well-crafted, nicely characterized, thoughtful story, which also happens to be the cutest thing ever.

On the surface, this is a very enjoyable and simple story - Sam and Dean see a dragon. But there's nuances here that make even more sense at a distance of a few years - the ambiguity of the supernatural, the decisions that have to be made in hunting. The dragon is magnificently described.
