so last night was youth group. nothing is the same anymore. i am the only one left from the group and we have all of these young kids now. amanda is no longer playing piano, josiah is no longer playing bass. i just sing now, bethany plays guitar and daren plays bass. it was really bad last night. the music was horrible, the vocals dont' blend and

Change is not always fun...

Hey Girl, I noticed your new post. I will pray for you Abbie. I know that change is tough and not always fun, but when you look back even on these days you will see God's hand in it. Tonight at music practice Kris Barger announced that he is moving back east and leaving our church. I have to say that I can relate to your story of worship this week and your struggle through the changes going on in your life. Not only is a good friend of mine leaving, but so is our worship pastor. The next few months could be pretty interesting for us all. Through all of this, I know that God has a plan. He see's our innermost thoughts. He knows us and cares for us and see's beyond the situation we are facing and yes, has His hand in it.

Lord, I pray for Abbie. That You would continue to have Your hand on her. You have such plans for her life and who she is and will be. Show Yourself "real" to her, so that she never departs from You and the plan that You have for her. Fill her with Your Spirit. Bless her I pray.
