The Muse Made Me Do It...

Taking a page from Emma and others, I'm likely to start adding a few words as to how my fics came about. Hopefully these won't bore anyone too much.

Anyway...

So this is one of four Alan fics that have been spinning on my hard drive. Finally, Andi's challenge for Alan's Birthday will let some of them see the light of day.

About this fic, personally, when I watched the first few episode where Alan met Amita, he had kinda a leer-thingy going, at least to me. And Amita seemed to like the attention. Ergo, this fic, wherein Alan gets a little somethin'somethin...

Um, yeah. Not sure how I feel about being the inspiration behind this. I admit to feeling vaguely squicked by the whole thing. Not sure why it bothers me, when Don/Charlie doesn't! But kudos to you for writing it and thanks for contributing to the challenge!

God, no, you don't need to do that! Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the story and me being squicked by it is my problem, not yours. I really don't mind you keeping the story up at all. Pushing the boundaries is what it's all about, challenging comfort zones. Please, please, don't remove the story, I'm not offended at all, I promise!
