what will happen to LJ?

ugh, i was just thinking about how awesome LJ is and how i love reading my community postings. i belong to some pretty darn interesting LJ communities that i really look forward to reading

hmm, not sure i know of any other blogging interface just like livejournal. it is definitely a unique community of bloggers. if lj goes away you should look into blogger and blogcatalog for your posting and reading pleasure.

good to know there's other options. i forgot about blogger!

part of me wonders if maybe LJ can still continue on.. even with a reduced staff. still scared me though.

i read a news post from them today and they said that they have no plans of taking down LJ, and it will be available for years to come... it was a one of those notifications i got when i logged in. so i think we're safe!
