I found this article to be very interesting. My Uncle owns a Hyundai dealership in Canada, so I asked my cousin if they were doing the same thing there. He said that he's seen this advertised on TV and that their shop is promoting this, but he said he was not sure if all the dealerships were mandated to do this, or if it was the owner's choice.
