Edwards Leaves the Presidential Race

John Edwards has dropped out of the Presidential race.  While I may not have agreed with some of his policies, I had serious respect and support for his decision to run for 2008.  First of all, he had plans, which is saying a lot considering many of the other candidates'  vaguities.  He was the only candidate of the lot of them who was still

You know, it's the best for the party. Those are votes that will go to Obama, and he's our best shot. I like Edwards, and he did some great stuff in those debates, but he's not the candidate so we need to get behind the most electable guy.

I'd like to see Edwards as a VP BUT I think the best shot is Richardson or possibly Biden because to convince some more swingers that ticket will need a little more blatant foreign policy experience, especially if he goes against McCain.
