So i ran 2 and half miles yesterday... its been awhile and idef. felt it this morning. o yes this morning.... woke up at 6 for the gayest field trip EVER! Def didnt get enough sleep. Yes we were in dc but all we did were listen to guerst speakers it was absolutely HORRIBLE
