I understand that 29 seconds may not seem like a big deal. However, the rules have to be black and white to make sure everyone is held to the same standard. If you log off before your shift ends it will count against you. Let me know if you want to discuss further.

Unfortunately, I can't imagine anyone who could tug a string, short of actually getting me OUT of there, and I'm trying that trick. We'll see by next week how THAT goes.
