Christmas decorating

Today I thought it might be nice to decorate the tree while Joey was visiting. He didn't seem overly excited when we got it out. By the time Rich got the lights working and I put the ornaments on he was already asleep. At first while I was putting the ornaments on I would think of the person who gave it to us and remember the time that it was

I'm surprised Joey wasn't more into the decorating. He really enjoyed helping with the tree here. He put on several ornaments all by himself. He watched every little thing I did and had questions.
Was he excited when he woke up to see it?
