Okay so we tried to organize a cosplay shoot at UW even though it was late notice. But it was pretty just me and Kumi-Chan again with Klint as photographer. Kumi-chan brought delicious Onigiri and Tamago which was nice and sweet. We did wait around until 3pm at UW, so when we thought no one would show, we decided to go to Gasworks Park to take

ANYWHO, long-rant turned short now: i'm not a cosplayer, i'm just a photographer too. i've tried to organize these sorts of things in the past, and my luck was about the same (2-3 people). i'm a tad bit more well-known now, and would be willing to directly yell at cosplayers to show up to something like this. i wanna do more shoots!!

it would be really cool if we could coordinate our plans for things like this in the future. i already got various local cosplayers requesting shoots from me before the end of the year... maybe we could shove some of those together for something bigger?

Yuh, I agree with Sailor Tweek. Weekends are ideals. Kids are going back to school and the holiday seasonal shopping is getting started. Our stores are getting super busy for Halloween and Christmas so people have a harder time scheduling these types of things.
Most of my cosplay buddies are as super busy as I am and between work and any classes, it's difficult.

Those are cute. ^^ I have the same issue. Weekdays are bad since I work M-F. Also, since Aleeza has moved out of state and she usually sets up awesome shoots, it's been harder to get these going.

I live in Kent, and I'd recommend Earthworks Park which has some interesting geography and plenty of cheap eats in walking distance. It's also fairly close to the Kent Station Bus and Sounder Terminal. ^_^

A Fall/Autumn shoot would be fun. ^^

The chikins would be likely to come down if it were on a Sunday. Markki can't come if it's not. Also, It should happen before 7pm. That when we have to leave if Lacey and I work.
