It's because she feels her life is too mundane and average... she wants everything to be something more than that... Personally I think my life is too hectic as it was... But it's sort of an unusual situation...

Eh well for the most part my life was peaceful, relatively so. Heh... I had a lot of work to do... and a lot of it was because of her, she made her own club to find "interesting people" and I was recruited as the vice president.

We only have 5 members including us, but we seem to get into a disproportionate amount of unusual situations... but, there are maybe a few things you need to know about Haruhi...

She comes on relatively strong, and most people think she's weird... so for the most part she ended up with very weird friends...

Yeah... She is, but she doesn't know what she is actually. We are sort of afraid that if she learns what she is, she'll unmake reality... we are sort of afraid of that anyway, so me and my friends spend our time keeping her entertained...

I hang out with a time traveler, an Esper, and an alien... on a regular basis, because all of them were sent for various reasons to study and stay near Haruhi...

It's very strange, trust me, every day of my life... but, I never realized it before I got here... that I was completely head over heels in love with her... I feel so silly ...

Yeah I guess, but now I can't ever shake these feelings! It's really often I just look at her and I don't just see my friend haruhi... I see my girlfriend Haruhi and how cute she is... with that ponytail and stuff... it's really distracting!

I hope she doesn't think I'm a pervert now...

I like how cute she is when she's bossy... but she's so sweet, and inquisitive... sometimes too inquisitive... but I guess what I'm afraid of is... Is she making me feel this way with her power, or do I feel this way of my own accord?

I don't think she is using her power for that, and I guess she really likes you, or that's how it came to me as she told me about you...
