I found some area museums I can choose from this time around, so that's not too bad. Maybe it makes more sense to visit in the spring anyway. Hope Springs Eternal, after all. :)

Did you know I only got around to seeing that film a couple of months ago? It was on TV and my husband loves it. I was going to change the channel and he begged me to watch it. Well, I thought it was fantastic!

Yeah, from what I've gathered over the years, it seems to be a film that appeals to men more than it does women. I dunno, maybe it's a bromance or something. But I read the novella when I was a kid (I was a big Stephen King fan growing up) and loved it, so when the movie came out I was so excited to see it. And they just nailed it--to this day I consider it one of the best book-to-screen adaptations ever. Anyway, going to the prison would be my version of a holy pilgrimage, just about, so I definitely want to do it right. Next spring, methinks. :)
