Blood pressure=headaches it seems.
I went to a prescription renewal appointment with my doc this afternoon for my asthma med and allergy med. The intake nurse took my blood pressure and then took it again. I knew it was going to be a little higher than normal--I could already feel my heart in my chest. I've been more stressed than normal. I didn't expect it to be 142/90something ( Read more... ) -

S and I are finally getting Direct TV. There will be BBC America for my sci-fi geek of a wife, and The Food Network for my need to cook outlandish foodstuffs.
