HELP JIM!

I had to snag my sisters comp fer a sec to get help cos my comp is doinng the same thing again, the error with explorer.exe .....but no other error windows just takes away all icons and the bar at the bottom, tell me how to get rid of this problem cos i cant get onto my comp now not even on safe mode!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a virus. Have you installed any software recently? Have you been keeping your virus scanner up to date? Have you visited any dodgy websites?

i had a brush with bearshare trying to install itseelf on there , but iv just been using the same sites as i usually did (btw this is ursula just couldnt be bothered to sign in again)

how do i run a virus scan wen my comp wont show anything but a explorer error?
