Dark!John is so much evil, wicked fun to write. There's so much possibility and I almost like UST more than smutnot really but I'm saying that for now but there is plot. I promise there's something I wanted to do that's plotlike...

There were nearly a hundred smells he associated with Elizabeth, from the sweet mint of the tea she liked in the afternoon, to the bitter exhaustion that only hit her when her mind was on the breaking point. This new scent had been lingering on her lately, teasing the back of his mind because he couldn't place it; whatever it was, this smell made him burn.
