Well that's a complicated question, since I'm not really from a world, and I'm not sure which one counts as Roxas', but...we're connected, in a way, through the same people, and...through the Organization?

The point would be that you have talking chipmunks flying around in... 'gummi ships'. The credit cards a form of payment. They keep tack of how much money you have, and you can use it to pay for things.
