i'm a total coward. i finished with my bf via text message because i didn't have the guts to face him and tell him i thought it was over. he was understandably annoyed, but he seemed ok after several text messages. i hope we can still be civil to eachother in the future.

have finished grouting and have fitted new loo seat. all that remains is for my dad to bring the drill so we* can fit the bathroom fitting thingies and the carpet. woo!

* technically, it's just my dad who will be doing the fittings. i'll probably have to make him 284575 cups of coffee and download the royal tenenbaums soundtrack for him.
